With our extensive in-house inventory of hair, we've not only done away with requiring multiple visits in order to have hair to apply, but our fully trained hair extension experts allow us to offer a game changing one-stop-shop experience: hair installation, color, blending, and styling all in one place in one visit! We've created monthly hair extensions maintenance memberships to help ensure that clients are able to not only keep their new hair looking amazing but they're also able to keep their own hair healthy. All of this is offered for a fraction of the cost charged at traditional salons. In fact, our clients will save 40-50%+ as compared to those other salons on their hair extensions annually.

As a franchisor, Xtension Envy has gone to great lengths to develop all the systems, protocols, tools, assets, and vendor relationships necessary to support a growing franchise network. Our web based operations portal allows franchisees to access the manuals, guides, and tools they'll need to operate their salon according to our tried and true practices. That same portal also serves as a hub for the generation of complete KPI reporting and business analytics for each unit. Salons will operate on Meevo2, the newest POS, Client Management, and Salon Management system developed by the longtime leader in the space, Millennium Systems International. Our salon prototype has been developed by Wadsworth Design. The vast majority of the FF&E will not only be fabricated in their facility in Utah, but will drop ship directly to the salon on a precisely managed and coordinated timetable.

We've developed comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their teams. The initial franchise training is held in Scottsdale, AZ and is facilitated by our leadership team over the course of 3.5 days. This curriculum will give each new franchisee a complete overview of what's necessary to get their Xtension Envy salon open and operating. The week before the salon opens, we'll send members of the corporate team to you to train you and your entire staff on all of the systems, processes, products, and tools they'll be leveraging each and every day as they work towards delivering exceptional experiences to each and every client.
